1. Confirmation Policy
Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from LetsLive Tours. Please ensure that any remaining balance is paid in full before the travel date.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The applicable refund amount depends on the cancellation terms below.

30 days or more before travel
25% cancellation fee
15 to 30 days before travel
50% cancellation fee
0 to 15 days before travel
100% cancellation fee
4. Payment Terms Policy
The total tour cost must be paid in full 7 days before the travel date to confirm your booking.
5. Flight Booking Terms and Conditions
5.1 Flight Booking Policy
100% payment is required at the time of flight booking. The flight ticket will be issued within 1 to 6 hours of receiving payment.
5.2 Flight Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations, delays, or changes to flight schedules are the responsibility of the airline.
- Refunds for flight cancellations or rescheduling are subject to the airline's terms and conditions.
